Returns & Exchanges 

Please submit claims for defective or damaged goods within 15 days of receiving your product.  Claims for products lost in the mail should be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the claim is deemed the error of Support Local Metal we will cover the cost.

We will gladly accept size exchanges for a fee of $7 on domestic orders, $15 on international.  Item must be in the condition that it was received (undamaged, etc). Return address will be provided via email.  You will be invoiced upon receipt of the returned item.

We will not refund, exchange, or credit for buyer's remorse.
